These Terms & Conditions are entered into between Board-Meetings and the client/clients upon booking services. By confirming a booking, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure services and event date.
   
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, prior to services being rendered.
   
• Payments not received on time may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
   

• Rescheduling is subject to Company’s availability. Deposits may be transferred if the new date is scheduled within 6 months of the original event date.
   
• If the Client cancels, the deposit is forfeited and non-transferable.
   
• In the unlikely event the Company must cancel, a full refund of the deposit will be issued, or the Client may reschedule.
   

• The Client agrees to provide accurate event details and notify the Company of any changes at least 3 days prior to the event.
   
• The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, approvals, or venue requirements (if applicable).
   
• The Client agrees to ensure a safe environment for the Company and its staff during the event.
   

• The Company will not be held responsible for any damages, injuries, delays, or losses outside of its control, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or third-party vendors.
   
• The Client accepts responsibility for any damages to Company property or equipment caused by guests or attendees.
   

• Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
   

• The Client grants permission for the Company to capture and use event photos/videos for marketing purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.
   

• This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event takes place.
