Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are entered into between Board-Meetings and the client/clients upon booking services. By confirming a booking, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. Booking & Payments
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure services and event date.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, prior to services being rendered.
- Payments not received on time may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Rescheduling is subject to Companyβs availability. Deposits may be transferred if the new date is scheduled within 6 months of the original event date.
- If the Client cancels, the deposit is forfeited and non-transferable.
- In the unlikely event the Company must cancel, a full refund of the deposit will be issued, or the Client may reschedule.
3. Client Responsibilities
- The Client agrees to provide accurate event details and notify the Company of any changes at least 3 days prior to the event.
- The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, approvals, or venue requirements (if applicable).
- The Client agrees to ensure a safe environment for the Company and its staff during the event.
4. Liability & Damages
- The Company will not be held responsible for any damages, injuries, delays, or losses outside of its control, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or third-party vendors.
- The Client accepts responsibility for any damages to Company property or equipment caused by guests or attendees.
5. Force Majeure
- Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Photography & Marketing (Optional)
- The Client grants permission for the Company to capture and use event photos/videos for marketing purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Governing Law
- This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event takes place.
